This was my contribution to the Black Finch Project, a collective of artists, designers and creatives protesting through artistic collaboration against the Adani coal mine through the lens of the habitat destruction of the black throated finch which lives exclusively where the mine has been approved to locate.

My image is representative of the fractured fragility of the finch and the ecosystem as a whole, which is already under threat from climate change and now destruction of habitat.
